Adding Assets

Manually - Add assets manually and post the acquisition to the GL automatically.
From Accounts Payable – View assets added through A/P and automatically add them or journal them out of the asset account.
From Project Controller - Select a Project and Task and create an asset.
Splits and Add On - Assets from Accounts Payable can be split into multiple assets or combined with existing assets.

Asset Information

Unlimited Depreciation Schedules and Methods – Straight Line Declining Balance, IRS Tables and Custom Methods.
Standard IRS Tables - All IRS Tables included with the product.
Projected Deprecation – Calculate and Print or Preview Projected Depreciation.
Automatic GL Update - Depreciation posts automatically to the Microsoft Dynamics SL General Ledger.
Project Controller Update – Add Project and Task Information directly to your asset and post depreciation to project controller.

Bar Code and Inventory

Bar Code Reports – Print Asset Tag labels and other bar code reports.
Inventory – Use Barcode Scanner to scan items and update inventory and location in fixed assets.
