Integration

Progressive’s Fixed Assets system integrates With Microsoft Dynamics SL and is accessed directly from the menu. Data entered in Accounts Payable and Project Controller can be transferred to the asset system, while depreciation and other asset transactions automatically update the General Ledger.

100% Microsoft Dynamics SL Developed

This module is written in Visual Basic using the Microsoft Dynamics SL IV Tools for VB. This allows the program to perform exactly like your other SL modules with the same lookups, shortcuts and hotkeys. In addition, system security is set up just as it is in any other Microsoft Dynamics Module.

Powerful Search Utility

Fixed Assets employs Progressive’s powerful Rainbow Search Utility. This utility Allows you to select from multiple search criteria in an easy to use format. Results of your search can be viewed on the screen, printed or exported to Microsoft Excel and other programs.

Powerful Audit Trail Tracking

With Progressive’s Fixed Asset system you can track any and all Transactions that affect each asset. From purchase, to depreciation, to sale, all transactions are recorded, including adjustments. These transactions can be viewed via report or directly from the Fixed Asset Screen.

Unlimited number of Books and Depreciation Methods

Create your own Depreciation books, either posting or non-posting. You can create your own Depreciation Methods or use the IRS tables that come with the product. All IRS depreciations schedules are included with the system and with your annual maintenance contract.

Barcode Asset Tracking

Print your Asset Tags with barcode labels directly from the Fixed Asset System. Use a barcode Scanner to inventory your assets and update your system with automatic location adjustments. Perform full or % audits of your assets.

Customizable

If you have the Customization Manager Module you can customize any screen in Fixed Assets just as you do your standard SL screens. Reports are all written using Crystal Report and can be customized. New reports can also be added using Crystal.

Document Imaging and File Attach

Our product comes with the ability to attach any Windows supported file type to your asset. This includes, images, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PDF and other formats. Attached documents and images are viewed using our easy to use File Attach Program.
