Microsoft Dynamics SL and GP both offer an easy to use structure that allows for tracking expenditures on a fund by fund basis.   In addition grants as well as departmental and division accounting are available.  This structure allows you to control postings to reduce errors and speed up data entry.

Financial reporting within Dynamics is flexible and easy to use.  Monthly financial reports can be generated by batch or individually.  Reports can be exported to Excel and other Microsoft products for further data analysis.
