On import updates accounts if vendor defaults are not appropriate and then post to AP. Vouchers are created under individual vendors for 1099 and vendor purchase history tracking. A memo is then created and a voucher created for the credit card company. Simplifies the
process of entering and reconciling monthly purchase/credit card transactions.
