Progressive System Solutions offers remote, phone and on-site support; we can assist you with your problem wherever you are located.
Remote – With the new enhancements in remote access (faster lines, terminal services etc) many users opt to have their computers serviced remotely. This offers fast technical assistance when you have a problem. Our technicians can access your computer remotely and diagnose and correct the problem.
Phone – If you prefer the personal approach, you can report your problem to one of our phone support technicians. At Progressive we do not have a computer answered phone system; our phones are answered by individuals trained in assisting you with your problem. If the problem cannot be corrected over the phone we can arrange a remote fix or on-site service call.
On-Site – When you need on-site assistance, Progressive provides it quickly and efficiently. Our normal response time for on-site support is within 4 hours. If your need is urgent, we strive to assist you immediately. Our technicians are courteous and quickly diagnose and solve your problem.
