Carolyn Jasiulewicz, CPA

President

Mrs. Jasiulewicz began her career as an auditor with Ernst & Young, CPAs in 1987. She soon transferred to their Microcomputer Consulting Division, where she helped to form the Orlando practice. In this capacity she directed the custom software efforts of the Orlando office, completing several large projects statewide. She became a certified Microsoft Dynamics SL Consultant and installed, supported and customized several accounting systems. After five years with Ernst & Young, Mrs. Jasiulewicz decided to form her own company, Progressive System Solutions, Inc.

Bill Jasiulewicz

Vice-President, Director of Technical Operations

Mr. Jasiulewicz began his career in the United States Air Force. During his time in the service, he created custom computer systems both in the United States and abroad. After leaving the military he assumed the position of Data Processing Manager for a major Law Firm in New Jersey. After leaving the law firm, he became a Systems Integrator for an electronic company doing work for such companies as Johnson and Johnson.

In 1991, he relocated to Florida, where he took a position as Systems Engineer working for one of the areas largest PC vendors.

He Joined Progressive System Solutions in 1994 as Vice-President and Director of Technical Operations.

Diane Pelick

Director of Product Sales and Training Services

Mrs. Pelick has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Diane has been working with Microsoft Dynamics SL since 1989, first as an accounting manager for an interstate trucking company, then as accounting manager for a government laser manufacturer and now with Progressive as Trainer and Help Desk Support.

In her capacity as Director of Product Sales, Support and Training Services, Diane also manages the Sales and support of our PSS Product line. Daily Diane can be found conducting product demonstrations, providing training and support and working with clients to make their system implementations as smooth as possible.

Mary Carrero

Accounting Manager

Mrs. Carrero is our Accounting Manager with over 18 years of experience in the Accounting and Management fields. She handles our day to day operations of the office and the accounting department as well as Customer Service.

Before joining Progressive System Solutions in March of 2008, Mary was the Regional Office Manager for the International Cinematographers Guild, Local 600 for 12 years. There she managed their Orlando and Chicago offices, handling all of their day to day operations, member services, and accounting as well as serving as assistant to the Regional Director. She also served as liaison between the IT department and the office staff.

Ashley Skipper

Administrative Assistant

Ms. Skipper graduated in 2005 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Office Administration. While in college, Ms. Skipper worked as an assistant for Progressive System Solutions. She has worked for the past three years as the receptionist and administrative assistant to the principal of a school in Tennessee. She currently assists the president and other staff members of PSS in accomplishing various projects.

Igor Aistov

Senior Consultant

Mr. Aistov served in the Russian Army at the IT Center in the ICBM Force. He left the Army with the rank of Captain. He worked as the Chief of the IT departments for several large organizations in the Ukraine, including Proskurov and Oranta, the largest insurance company in the Ukraine.

Mr. Aistov has an MS in Automatic Control Systems and Radio Engineering with over 15 years experience networking and programming in various environments.

Igor assists with installation of hardware, networking, and custom programs. He also assists with the setup/programming of many customizations including internet applications.

Selson Scatliffe

Support Specialist

Mr. Scatliffe has an AS in Electronics Engineering Technology. He has been working as a Microsoft Dynamics SL Support Specialist for over three years.

Selson assists with the installation of Microsoft Dynamics SL, customization and support of programs and Crystal Reports.

Donna

Support Specialist/Lead Programmer

Donna has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Degree from the University of Florida, as well as a Master's Degree in Business Administration.

Donna supervises the development of our custom applications as well as assisting in actual development work. She is proficient in VB, SQL & reports. Donna also provides training for our many products and assists with Microsoft Dynamics SL installations and technical support.

Eva Plaza

Programmer/Analyst

Mrs. Plaza has an A.S. in Computer Information Systems and an AS in Computer Programming and Applications from the Seminole Community College where she graduated with Honors and Distinction.

Eva does development on several Progressive System Solutions programs and has a real talent for getting the job done right the first time.

Esteban Acevedo

Support Specialist

Mr. Acevedo has a Bachelor of Computer Science Degree from the University of Puerto Rico – Bayamón.

Mr. Acevedo has over thirteen years experience in the Information Technology field, with over eight years analyzing, designing, developing and deploying complex enterprise level software solutions, and four years leading software development teams. Although his strength lies in overseeing aspects of projects including planning, executing, and controlling the project’s activities to meet established milestones, he is an expert in the technical execution part of the software development life cycle. His primary technical expertise is developing enterprise level client/server applications utilizing object/relational databases and a variety of web technologies across multiple platforms.

Mr. Acevedo began working as a Junior Developer in Puerto Rico and in less than a year he was appointed Senior Developer in charge of a professional software development team. His project involvement included leading the team in the creating, maintaining, monitoring, designing and implementing Client Side Applications, Server Side Applications, Web Services, Websites, Databases and related software tools for various government agencies like the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation and the Department of Justice – Municipal Police of Mayagüez.

On relocating from Puerto Rico to Florida, Mr. Acevedo joined the Progressive System Solutions team after a year of working as an Information Technology Consultant, developing websites. His duties at Progressive include website development and the development of complex database solutions.

Mr. Acevedo is fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.

Tony Magrone

Network Engineer/Systems Administrator

Mr. Magrone is a Network Engineer and Systems Administrator with over 14 years of experience in the field of Information Technology. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and an A+ Certified Technician. Mr. Magrone has a strong background in networking, computer systems troubleshooting and repair, staff management, end-user support and customer satisfaction.

Before joining Progressive System Solutions in May of 2008, Mr. Magrone was Lead Technician for Technologies To Be Inc. From 2001 through 2008, he provided IT support and consulting for over 50 small business clients in the Central Florida area, along with maintaining TTBI’s IT infrastructure.

Mr. Magrone gained valuable experience as a Network Engineer for Walden University in Bonita Springs, Florida, where he provided end-user support, assisted in network and PC maintenance, and spearheaded a project to inventory the university's array of computer equipment. Mr. Magrone has also worked for Gateway Country in Naples, Florida, as a computer systems technician. There, he would troubleshoot Gateway PCs, perform repairs, and recommend upgrades. He has been a manager for two national retail chains, where he gained invaluable experience in customer satisfaction and staff management.
